Madison is an affordable housing community with all 60 units income-restricted to households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). This includes a range of household sizes and income levels. Exact income limits are updated annually and vary by household size.
We offer 60 units total: 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments. All units feature modern finishes, in-unit washer/dryer, 9-foot ceilings, and a flexible den that works as a home office, hobby room, or extra storage.
Construction started March 2026 and is currently underway. Preleasing begins Spring 2027, with move-ins beginning late Spring / Summer 2027. Sign up for updates to be notified when units become available.
The formal application process will begin when preleasing opens in Spring 2027. For now, you can provide your information through our 'Sign Up for Updates' form to receive priority notification and updates about the application timeline.
